Title: Senior Business Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels and across disciplines.
• Exhibit ability to manage strategic and tactical issues simultaneously.
• Show extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
• Understanding of engineering, implementation and operation of mobile/fixed wireless/landline networks, both circuit-switched and packet.
• Prove understanding of various radio access technologies (CDMA, 1XRTT, EVDO, GSM, UMTS, 802.11x/WiFi, WiMAX), and various core network technologies (SONET, SDH, xDSL, ATM, MPLS, Ethernet).
• Validate experience in financial business planning and analysis, as well as budget planning and analysis.
• Display ability to forge and manage overall vendor relationships on behalf of client in support of network infrastructure growth.
• Negotiate Master Services Agreements for network infrastructure equipment and services.
• Ensure vendor adherence to contract SLAs and project manage vendor service delivery schedules.
• Develop and manage RFP and vendor selection processes.
• Create action plans targeting C-level executives

Requirements: Bachelor's degree & 15 years experience. Frequent travel.
